Dunkin' Donuts holds bloodletting anew in celebration of 27th anniversary

Dunkin Donuts has again affirmed its commitment to help the needy by helping the National Red Cross in its quest to continuously save lives.

This is the third year that Dunkin' Donuts has mounted the said corporate social responsibility effort. As a way of celebrating its 27th anniversary in Asia, the activity was participated by its employees, including its franchisees and some walk-in volunteers and donors.

The National Red Cross chairman for blood services Rosa Rosal, who was at the blood letting activity said that she is happy that Dunkin' Donuts is lending its support to their cause.

The number of blood bags have swelled ever since they got involved in this program. This year, participants numbered at 349 and the bags donated totaled 245.
